• To lead a team of engineers / technicians

• To multitask in managing multiple projects

• To manage the overall planning, coordinating site activities, site management and

budgeting

• Coordinate the handing over of completed works to the customer and completion of

the necessary rectification

• Supervise daily site activities and progress as well as to provide the Project Director

an oversight for all phases of the construction project

• Interfacing and reporting to Client, control the activities of Subcontractors and

Suppliers on site

• Ensure that consultant specified requirements are met.

• Direct Subcontractors and Suppliers work, manage progress and inspections and

take prompt action to address problems and dispose of non-conformances.

• Meet regularly with consultant and other contractors to communicate progress and

resolve problems.

Education Level

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Requirements

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field. Having work experiences in the Construction Industry specializing in Lighting projects would be an added advantage
• Possess own transport. Willing to travel and work long hours
• Computer literate. Knowledgeable in Autocad and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in Construction Contract is an added advantage
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
