- Supervise all preparation and set up according to standard operating procedures
- Plan and assign stations to individual kitchen crew
- Ensure product preparation is followed according to SOP in terms of cooking steps, presentation, and portioning. Meanwhile, make sure the production time is within standard
- Train the kitchen crew to always practice CAYG to maintain the cleanliness of workstations
- Check items and coondiments that are finished are replenished during off-peak hours to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
- Participate and supervise all kitchen closing workloads and prepare for closing
Education Level
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years working exp in related field
- Proven experience in managing kitchen operation
- Proven experience in managing a size of restaurant team of up to 10 people
