We are looking for a Junior Network L2 Operations & SME to support enterprise network operations and ensure the stability, performance, and availability of network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform end-to-end L2 network operations support.
* Manage incident, problem, and change management activities.
* Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime.
* Escalate and coordinate critical incidents with relevant teams.
* Support network maintenance and operational improvements.
* Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service levels.
Requirements
* 3–7 years of experience in Network Operations.
* Strong knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change
Management.
* Experience supporting enterprise network environments.
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
