Job Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and activation for digital trading and post-trade platforms.
• Manage client inquiries and provide solutions related to digital channels and trading platforms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and external vendors to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
• Support documentation and agreement processing for financial market products.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in new platform implementations.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records.
• Drive digital adoption and enhance client experience through effective channel enablement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Client Services, Financial Markets, Capital Markets, Treasury Operations, or Banking Operations.
• Knowledge of financial market products and client lifecycle processes is an advantage.
• Experience managing client queries and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
