About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Business Operations Executives. Depending on your qualifications, experience, skills, and career interests, you may be considered for a suitable function within Business Operations, Sales & Business Development, Customer Service, Logistics & Freight Forwarding, Mall Operations, or Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the assigned business function and may include:

• Coordinate day-to-day business and operational activities.

• Handle customer, client, supplier, and stakeholder enquiries.

• Support sales, business development, and customer relationship activities.

• Coordinate logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, and related operational matters.

• Support product management activities, including market research, competitor analysis, pricing, and product planning.

• Assist with mall, retail, property, or general business operations.

• Prepare reports, documentation, presentations, and operational updates.

• Coordinate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders.

• Maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.

• Support other commercial and operational activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Candidates with experience in Business Operations, Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Product Management, Retail Operations, Mall Operations, or related functions are welcome.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.

• Willingness to travel may be required for selected functions.
