Job Purpose

Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of internship logistics and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle intern documentation (offer letters, agreements, attendance, etc)

* Maintain internship database and records

* Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding logistics

* Manage communication with interns (updates, reminders, announcements)

* Assist in event coordination (orientation, closing presentations)

* Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Requirements

* Diploma in Administration, Business, or related field

* Strong administrative and documentation skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

* Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
