• Maintaining asset integrity through proper plan, schedule inspections and documentation.

• Review and analyzed trouble report for better understanding and future improvement.

• Create work procedures and specifications.

• Observe and maintain ISO 9001.

• Provide technical support or guidance to contractor/vendor/supplier.

• Develop and manage the preventive maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and spare parts.

• Allocate resources effectively to maximize maintenance efficiency and minimize operational costs.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability and safety.

• Conduct New CAPEX project that affects the performance of preventive maintenance activities.

• Conduct post-performance analysis of completed projects.

• Communicate with other related parties or government authorities regarding legal requirements.

• Conduct or provide training for staff to increase the performance of the section.

• To analyze and report the integrity of plant equipment to related departments.

• Able to analyze and review equipment design.

• Knowledgeable in Non-Destructive Testing and others inspection methods.

• To communicate with other related departments and contractors regarding maintenance work scope.

Education level

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Maintenance Engineering or a related field.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in mechanical/ preventive maintenance or engineering roles in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and tools.
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with API, ASME Knowledge, Risk Based Inspection Software Knowledge, Vibration Analysis Software Knowledge, Non-Destructive Test Knowledge & Plant Equipment Maintenance Knowledge .
• Proficient in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
