Job Summary

Drive partnerships with universities and expand the internship pipeline by building strong institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and engage universities, colleges, and training institutions

* Develop and maintain partnerships with career centers, faculty, and student bodies

* Present and promote the company’s internship programs to institutions

* Organize campus outreach (talks, career fairs, networking sessions)

* Negotiate and formalize collaboration agreements (MOUs, internship frameworks)

* Track partnership performance and intern intake numbers

* Work closely with internal teams to align internship supply with business needs

Requirements

* Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Experience in partnerships, sales, or education sector is an advantage

* Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable with outreach
