✔️ Day Shift Allowance: SGD 6.50/day (12-hour shift)
✔️ Night Shift Allowance: SGD 15.50/day (12-hour shift)
✔️ Meal Allowance: SGD 3.00/day (upon completing a 12-hour shift)
📅 Annual Leave
* Engineer: 10 days
* Engineering Assistant: 9 days
🕒 Working Arrangement
* Training period: 1–3 months (or longer depending on learning progress)
* During training: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
* After training: Assigned based on operational needs to either:
* Monday – Friday normal shift, or
* Permanent 12-hour shift (4-3-3-4 work pattern)
