• Manage and control costs related to Electrical Equipment.

• Manage the Spare Parts and Cost Reduction.

• Manage Capex Progress.

• Preparing daily work schedule for department staff.

• Manage and arrange the manpower for daily tasks.

• Manage and monitor the daily task progression that is carried out by department staff.

• Prepare the daily work report and report to the General Manager.

• Communicate with work request department and department staff to make sure the tasks are carried out smoothly.

• Ensure the quality of the tasks carried out and make sure it’s full fill with work request department needs.

• Ensure the safety of the department staff and contractors when carrying out daily tasks

• Organize the daily meeting with department staff and contractors to make sure the work is carried out smoothly.

• Guiding the Engineer for ISO document and material preparation.

• Ensuring company policies are followed by department staff.

• Maintaining an overall management style that follows the company’s best practices

• Monitor and provide feedback to department staff to effect improvements in department goal.

• Providing leadership and direction to department staff.

• Provide Necessary training for the department staff for skill or knowledge advancement.

• Ensuring that health and safety rules are followed.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Field

Requirements

• 10 years or more of experience in electrical.
• Familiar with Electrical Design and Analysis, Vendor and contractor management, Project Management, Understanding of Electrical Protocol and Electrical Maintenance and Upgrades.
• Experience in project management and leading engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
