Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
Manage customer RFQs by logging them into the database, scheduling technical and commercial reviews, and sending quotations upon managerial approval.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing technical and commercial questions effectively.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Technical and Process Coordination
Liaise with external service providers to evaluate process costs and product feasibility.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as Engineering and Supply Chain, for the seamless execution of customer requirements and new projects.
Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of purchase orders and address discrepancies.
Project Management
Oversee the kickoff of new projects, ensuring all technical requirements and documentation are accurately transferred to relevant departments.
Initiate and lead cross-departmental meetings to resolve challenges, such as customer feedback, complaints, and scheduling issues.
Documentation and Reporting
Create, update, and maintain documentation in the database for easy access and traceability.
Prepare and present KPI reports and RFQ tracker updates to the General Manager for corporate reporting.
Organize proper filing systems for technical requirements, parts processes, and associated documentation.
