Job Responsibilities:

·      Ensure that the production plant operates in compliance with the Operating Level Program Standards, local authorities and SFA regulation.

·      Enforce the in-house housekeeping and cleaning schedule.

·      Cake Decoration.

·      Ingredient preparation.

·      Slicing of frozen ice-cream.

·      Preparation of ice-cream cake base.

·      Fulfilment of display cakes, customer order cakes, festive and ad-hoc cake production.

·      Assist the Supervisors and Senior Cake Decorator to achieve various production target.

Job Requirements:

·      Candidates are required to stand for long hours and must be able to slice frozen ice-cream blocks.

·      Education Level: O-Level
