Working hours:
6-day shift work
Shift Pattern: 5days 9.5hours(Including Break hours), 6 days 8 hours (Including Break hours)
Job Responsibilities:
· Open the door and greet incoming guests
· Handles luggage for both arriving and departing guests, inclusive of proper handling, tagging and delivering of luggage
· Show guest to the reception counter
· Delivers incoming items to the guestrooms at the request of Guest Services dispatcher/ supervisor/captain or/and guests
· Ensures orderliness and cleanliness of the Luggage Room
· Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
· At least Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level in any field
· Have worked as Bellman/Doorman in the hospitality industry for at least one year
· Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
· Candidates must have a fair command of spoken and written English
