- Experience with AOI programming, debugging, and fine-tuning inspection parameters.
- Familiarity with IPC standards, especially IPC-A-610 for solder joint acceptability.
- Knowledge of electronic components, polarity markings, and common defects (e.g., solder bridges, tombstoning, missing components).
- Ability to analyze AOI inspection data and optimize detection algorithms to minimize false calls and escapes
Education Level
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment
