💪RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Process production lots, perform inspections and metrology measurements.

– Take ownership and perform all necessary qualification tests on equipment.

– Maintain the integrity of Statistical Process Control (SPC).

– Ensure a smooth flow of production lots from one module to another.

– Utilize the appropriate functions in Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) systems.

– Liaise with the appropriate personnel for proper disposition of wafers.

– Highlight any problems or abnormalities in equipment or production lots.

– Ensure full and efficient pass-down to the next shift.

– Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices.

– Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.

– Need to wear a jumpsuit; standing job; may work under yellow light (no radiation — the different light colour is due to process requirements
