Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and CAD models.

• Write and modify programs for CNC machines.

• Set up and operate CNC machines.

• Inspect finished products using measuring tools.

• Troubleshoot machining issues and modify programs or setups as needed.

• Maintain and monitor machine condition, conduct basic preventive maintenance.

• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and workplace safety regulations.

• Collaborate with engineers and production staff for process improvements and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of machining operations and program documentation.

Requirements :

• Diploma, NTC or ITC in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and machining.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and understanding GD&T.
• Experience with multi-axis (4-axis or 5-axis) machines.
• Skilled in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM) is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with CNC lathes, milling machines, or multi-axis machines.
• Knowledge of tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials (e.g., aluminium, stainless steel).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
