📋 Key Responsibilities
* Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities (BQ), and other project documentation.
* Assess progress payments for subcontractors and suppliers.
* Prepare progress claims and variation order submissions to clients.
* Handle final account settlements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
✅ Job Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the civil industry.
* Able to work independently and meet tight project deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with Quantity Surveying (QS) measurement software is an added advantage.
