Working hours per week: 44 hours
Shift Work:6 days alternate Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain full set of accounts
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements
• Preparation of audit schedules
• Monitor closing stocks
• Responsible for monthly closing of accounts
• Responsible for monitoring of trust receipt and floor stock
• Computation of trust receipt and floor stock interest
• Follow-up with suppliers for supporting documents for submission to banks
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties for inter-department activities
• Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
• Primary focus on Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and Petty Cash
Job Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
• Possess at least 2 years relevant job experience
• Strong financial competency, analysis and problem solving skills
• Proactive, hands–on, resourceful and with an eye for details and accuracy
• Able to work in a fast – paced environment, meticulous and adhere to tight deadlines
• Motivated, multi–task and positive working attitude
• A team player, proactive, good attitude, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
