Benefits & CompensationSalary from RM4500 - RM5500Transport (Car + Toll): RM1,180Phone: RM200Commission 1-2% every each billing1.5 months contractual bonusSales and Marketing:Managing existing accounts and consistently updating sales pipelinesQualifying database and updating CRMEstablishing new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedulesIdentifying current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirementsSupport Business Area Manager in execution of marketing campaigns, leads generation and management.Provide and present product & technical information to potential and existing customers.Technical Advisory and Product Advocate:Responsible for actively driving and managing project pipelines.Provide technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the technical support team.Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for company productsCommunicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating client’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields.Interact with customers’ engineering teams to illustrate client valued propositions.Responsible for representing the products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training.Conduct Negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customers.Service Standards and Customer Relationship Management:Determine improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of equipment or services.Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents.Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvement.Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system.ResponsibilitiesClearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrationsPartner with the sales team to generate leadsFind and maintain prospective clientsProvide general technical support to clientsQualificationsDegree/Diploma in any engineering discipline preferably in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or related fieldBasic knowledge in Instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, etc)Minimum 3 years working experience in technical sales or in similar capacity.Self-starter with a proactive approachUnderstanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skillsWilling to travel.Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability.Valid driving license

Job Functions
Purchasing

Purchases materials in accordance with prescribed purchasing regulations and procedures. Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions, investigates and evaluate sources of suppliers. Ensure material available for Production according to the respective schedule.

1. Managing and controlling the company’s external suppliers with particular emphasis on the purchase of Materials for production.

2. Ensure materials are bought at the latest quoted price and delivered on time for production.

3. Support CDS/BU on price confirmation and material market trend analysis.

4. Support Production Manager/BU to evaluate inventory and take corresponding actions to improve inventory status.

5. Ensure Purchase price is valid for particular quarter, and both Supplier and Customer having the same purchase price as updated in system.

6. Continually improve purchasing methods and setting up necessary flow for the purchasing related matter.

7. Place order to supplier according to the need of Production.

8. Resolve Discrepancy (Doc, Qty, Unit price) which related to inventory and purchasing matter.

9. Maintaining component’s standard unit price and item info in the system for Reporting purpose.

10. Maintains cooperative working relationships with vendors.

11. Cooperate with SQE and relevant departments on supplier quality management

12. Support Fin and BU on Account Payable evaluation and control.

Education Level

  • Diploma / Degree holder

Requirements

1. At least 3 years’ experience on Electronics components purchasing, experience and knowhow on mechanical parts (plastic, metal) purchasing is good plus.

2. Computer literate

3. Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures.

4. Skill in both verbal and written communication (English, Malay)

5. Knowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market in

area of specialization.

6. Familiar with SAP or similar inventory system.

7. Good team working spirit and experience, proactive attitude to

cooperation with colleagues

8. Communications skills in English and Malay, Mandarin is plus.

Bonus/Commission

1. AWS

2. Performance Bonus (Depends on Business)

Allowance

  • Salary <= 4k (Normal / Off Day OT = 1.5x)
  • Rest Day = 2.0x
  • Salary >4k – 5k (OT = 1.0x)
  • Salary >5k (Only entitle for Weekend and PH OT)

Travelling allowance 

  • RM40/day – Local
  • Oversea (China) – USD28
