Benefits & CompensationSalary from RM4500 - RM5500Transport (Car + Toll): RM1,180Phone: RM200Commission 1-2% every each billing1.5 months contractual bonusSales and Marketing:Managing existing accounts and consistently updating sales pipelinesQualifying database and updating CRMEstablishing new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedulesIdentifying current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirementsSupport Business Area Manager in execution of marketing campaigns, leads generation and management.Provide and present product & technical information to potential and existing customers.Technical Advisory and Product Advocate:Responsible for actively driving and managing project pipelines.Provide technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the technical support team.Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for company productsCommunicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating client’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields.Interact with customers’ engineering teams to illustrate client valued propositions.Responsible for representing the products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training.Conduct Negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customers.Service Standards and Customer Relationship Management:Determine improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of equipment or services.Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents.Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvement.Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system.ResponsibilitiesClearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrationsPartner with the sales team to generate leadsFind and maintain prospective clientsProvide general technical support to clientsQualificationsDegree/Diploma in any engineering discipline preferably in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or related fieldBasic knowledge in Instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, etc)Minimum 3 years working experience in technical sales or in similar capacity.Self-starter with a proactive approachUnderstanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skillsWilling to travel.Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability.Valid driving license

  • Manage and drive the full spectrum of Human Resources such as Recruitment , Training & Development, Compensation and Benefits Management, Foreign Affairs as well as Employee and Labor Management;
  • Handle and advise management on disciplinary issues, transfers, termination as well as other employee relations’ matters in compliance with labor laws;
  • Manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs; Manage and design the Annual Performance Appraisal and Promotion Appraisal format;
  • Managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as overtime, wages, allowances, leave & staff medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines;
  • Manage and drive the foreign worker and expatriate employment by establishing strategies and plans to ensure timely and seamless recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain extensive and effective networks and relationships with recruitment agencies and government agencies to establish ongoing sources of manpower supply;
  • Driving the Company-wide training and development programmers’ by conducting training needs analysis, designing & evaluating annual training plans and reviewing the training courses;
  • Work and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective operation in the office
