Benefits & CompensationSalary from RM4500 - RM5500Transport (Car + Toll): RM1,180Phone: RM200Commission 1-2% every each billing1.5 months contractual bonusSales and Marketing:Managing existing accounts and consistently updating sales pipelinesQualifying database and updating CRMEstablishing new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedulesIdentifying current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirementsSupport Business Area Manager in execution of marketing campaigns, leads generation and management.Provide and present product & technical information to potential and existing customers.Technical Advisory and Product Advocate:Responsible for actively driving and managing project pipelines.Provide technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the technical support team.Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for company productsCommunicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating client’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields.Interact with customers’ engineering teams to illustrate client valued propositions.Responsible for representing the products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training.Conduct Negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customers.Service Standards and Customer Relationship Management:Determine improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of equipment or services.Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents.Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvement.Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system.ResponsibilitiesClearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrationsPartner with the sales team to generate leadsFind and maintain prospective clientsProvide general technical support to clientsQualificationsDegree/Diploma in any engineering discipline preferably in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or related fieldBasic knowledge in Instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, etc)Minimum 3 years working experience in technical sales or in similar capacity.Self-starter with a proactive approachUnderstanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skillsWilling to travel.Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability.Valid driving license

Senior Customer Service Associate 

Working hours: 10-10am per day (including 2 hours break)

Working days: 6 days per week 

Requirement: preferred with some retail experiences & staying in Singapore 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role – Shop-in-charge (in charge of shop and supervision of staff in the shop)

Operations

– Responsible for the daily operations of retail outlet

– Monitor the sales & manage inventory level to ensure adequate stock to maximize sales

– Responsible for the stock variance within his/her shop

– Assist in manpower planning of his/her shop and ensure adequate numbers of staff are deployed within the business operations hours

– Maintain high level of customer service standards

– Create a friendly and yet competitive sales environment to maximize sales output

– Ensure in-store display is carried out according to VM instruction or guideline

Staff Management

– Instruct and supervise staff in correction execution of all company operations

– Coach and counsel staff with regard to the standard set by the company

– Ensure that staff adheres to the Giordano Code of Conduct

(eg: punctuality & proper grooming at work, no foul language or vulgarities at work)

– Ensure fair practice at work and all staff be treated equally & fairly

(eg: roster to be fairly planned and given out to staff in advance)

– Perform confirmation / promotion evaluations for sales staff

– Conduct interviews for recruitment of sales staff

– Timely submission of accurate full time/part time timesheets (TITO) to HR

Other Duties (forming part of your task and are not claimable hours)

– Visual merchandising after shop closed or before shop opens

– Stock take after shop closed or before shop opens

– Key stock count sheets after shift

– Housekeeping matters

– Unable to complete given task and has to stay back to complete

– Unable to clear break

– No limited to the above
