- Supervise the preparation of restaurant operations by following procedures of work during set up and production time
- To promote goodwill by ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous through achieving daily planning of tasks received.
- Process bills and money collection as per SOP and assist in clearing tables
- Work closely and coorperate with otehr staff to achieve the highest possible satisfaction of food times
- Train kitchen staff to ensure the cleanliness of the whole kitchen and back area of the restaurant
- Recommend cost reductions without compromising product and service quality and standards
- Assists in preparing sales, promotions, and discounts reports
- Check staff to strictly adhere to safety & security regulations, including the handling of chemicals, and ensure that the restaurant is safe and ideal for customers
Education Level
- Diploma in Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the F&B industry
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a supervisor
- Proven experience in managing restaurant
- Proven experience in managing a size of restaurant team that up to 10 people
