Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Test Manager / Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have card experience (mandatory for TPM role) and strong expertise in test management and program coordination. Both roles share the same core responsibilities in driving quality assurance, defect tracking, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage end-to-end testing activities including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

– Use JIRA to manage test cases, user stories, bugs, and program tasks.

– Use Confluence to document test strategies, requirements, meeting minutes, and program status.

– Coordinate with development, QA, business, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.

– Track and report on testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and blockers.

– Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

– Ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.

– Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and program delivery.

– Optionally use Tosca or Selenium to support test automation efforts.

Mandatory Skills :

– JIRA – Issue tracking, dashboard creation, workflow management.

– Confluence – Documentation and collaboration.B25
