Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9am – 6:30pm (Office Hour)
Job Description:
– Responsible for account management
– Liaising and managing the business relationship between clients and candidates
– Cold calling and business development activities to connect with new clients to establish relationships
– Business development through sourcing for new clients and developing long term relationships with potential candidates
– Conducting of interviews and assess the aptness of potential candidates
– Overseeing the selection process from the beginning to the end, headhunting/sourcing for suitable candidates, conducing interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates
– Achieving and hitting sales target
Job Requirements:
– Degree in Business Studies or any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience
– Experience working in a sales or business development role is an added advantage
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
– Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
– Familiarity with JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms is a plus.
– Require to take CEI license
