• Lead monthly ad shoots, ensuring flawless camera work, lighting, and composition.

• Capture high-quality product ads, brand visuals, and lifestyle content that enhance Nateskin’s image.

• Shoot stunning product photography for e-commerce and marketing, including stop-motion ads (similar to Knotably).

• Innovate and improve production workflows, bringing fresh, creative ideas to every shoot.

• Operate Sony A7III cameras, lenses, DJI gimbals, and other Nateskin video equipment with ease and precision.

• Edit raw footage into polished ads and social media content, ensuring high-quality storytelling and engagement.

• Perform colour correction and grading using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

• Add motion graphics and animation when needed, using After Effects or similar tools.

• Ensure smooth product retouching and compositing for high-end photography.

• Set up and manage Nateskin’s in-house photo and video studio (551 sqft space).

• Train junior staff to assist in production and video editing, helping them grow into top-tier creators.

• Experiment with new production techniques, stop-motion, and dynamic content ideas to keep Nateskin’s visuals fresh and engaging.

• Foster a collaborative environment where ideas flow freely and execution is seamless.

Qualification

• At least 3 years of experience in professional videography, photography, and editing

Requirements

• 2-3 years in production experience
• Expertise in production techniques, including lighting, composition, and camera movement.
• Strong post-production skills, with experience in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Proficient in colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Comfortable leading a team, training junior production assistants, and running shoots.
• Ability to set up and maintain an in-house photo/video studio.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, DTC ads, or product photography is a huge plus.
• Comfortable using Sony A7III cameras, its lenses, and DJI gimbal.
• Prior experience with stop-motion graphics or product animation is a plus.
• Ability to edit high-end product photography, including retouching and compositing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality production, product photography, and ads.
