Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Ball Drop & Reflow processes

• Troubleshoot process and quality issues

• Perform root cause analysis and process improvements

• Support NPI, engineering lots, and yield enhancement activities

• Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Materials teams

Requirements:

✔ Diploma or above in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or Chemistry

✔ Relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience

✔ Experience in Ball Drop, Reflow, WLP, BGA, FC-BGA, Flip Chip, SMT, or related processes preferred
