Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Support and monitor daily Wet Etch production processes.

🔹 Troubleshoot process-related issues and drive corrective actions.

🔹 Monitor SPC charts, process parameters, and yield performance.

🔹 Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process excursions and product defects.

🔹 Support process qualifications, engineering lots, and NPI activities.

🔹 Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance.

Requirements:

✔ Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or related disciplines.

✔ Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.

✔ Experience in Wet Etch, wet chemical processing, wafer cleaning, or surface treatment processes is an advantage.

✔ Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.

✔ Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
