Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Support and optimize electroplating processes to ensure stable production and consistent product quality.

🔹 Monitor plating bath chemistry, process parameters, and production performance.

🔹 Troubleshoot plating-related issues including adhesion, thickness variation, contamination, and quality concerns.

🔹 Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.

🔹 Support process qualification, engineering evaluations, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

🔹 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, and productivity.

Requirements:

✔ Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or related disciplines.

✔ Relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience.

✔ Experience in Electroplating, Chemical Process Engineering, Surface Finishing, Metal Deposition, Semiconductor Packaging, PCB Manufacturing, or Wafer Level Packaging (WLP) is highly preferred.

✔ Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
