- Supervise the preparation of restaurant operations by following procedures of work during set up and production time
- To promote goodwill by ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous through achieving daily planning of tasks received
- Process bills and money collection as per SOP and assist in clearing tables
- Check that food and beverage orders are taken by following SOP
- Fully aware of the knowledge of the menue in the outlet and understanding of ingredients used in all products
- Train service crew to fully understand the content, preparation, and presentation of all menu item
- Work closely and cooperate with other staff to achieve the highest possible satisfaction of food items
- Assists in preparing sales, promotions, and discounts reports
Education Level
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years exp as supervisor
- Proven experience in managing restaurant
- Proven experience in managing a size of restaurant team that up to 10 people
Basic salary
- Supervisor RM2300 – RM2600
- Asst Manager RM2800 – RM3200Benefits
