Your Role:

✅ Casework & Assessment: Engage clients and their families, develop intervention plans, and provide ongoing support.

✅ Case Review & Documentation: Follow up on care plans, draft reports, and ensure effective case management.

✅ Community Work: Assess community needs, implement development programs, and recommend improvements.

✅ Group Work: Plan and facilitate therapeutic group sessions to support targeted populations.

✅ Programme Development: Contribute to the design, implementation, and review of social service programs.

✅ Professional Growth: Participate in professional training, research, and interdisciplinary projects.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (recognized by SWAAB, Singapore).
