-Apply chemical/mechanical knowledge to daily operation, process
troubleshooting and improvement
-Responsible for section quality KPI
-Work with different stakeholders (ie. production team and suppliers) to
investigate and troubleshoot process related problem
-Initiate evaluation work procedure and improve the existing processes
-Prepare and standardize work procedure and provide trainings to all relevant operators
-Responsible for quality and any discrepancies when arise
-Set quarterly MBO and review MBO (Management by Objective)
-Initiate continuous cost reduction activity
-Any other duties as assigned
