Benefits & CompensationSalary from RM4500 - RM5500Transport (Car + Toll): RM1,180Phone: RM200Commission 1-2% every each billing1.5 months contractual bonusSales and Marketing:Managing existing accounts and consistently updating sales pipelinesQualifying database and updating CRMEstablishing new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedulesIdentifying current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirementsSupport Business Area Manager in execution of marketing campaigns, leads generation and management.Provide and present product & technical information to potential and existing customers.Technical Advisory and Product Advocate:Responsible for actively driving and managing project pipelines.Provide technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the technical support team.Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for company productsCommunicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating client’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields.Interact with customers’ engineering teams to illustrate client valued propositions.Responsible for representing the products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training.Conduct Negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customers.Service Standards and Customer Relationship Management:Determine improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of equipment or services.Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents.Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvement.Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system.ResponsibilitiesClearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrationsPartner with the sales team to generate leadsFind and maintain prospective clientsProvide general technical support to clientsQualificationsDegree/Diploma in any engineering discipline preferably in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or related fieldBasic knowledge in Instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, etc)Minimum 3 years working experience in technical sales or in similar capacity.Self-starter with a proactive approachUnderstanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skillsWilling to travel.Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability.Valid driving license

  • Fully understand the development strategy of the business unit, organize the formulation and effective implementation of the development strategy and business plans for the responsible business to support the implementation of the business unit’s strategy.
  • Actively support the business unit’s resource integration and business layout requirements, strictly implement the core strategies of the business unit, and ensure the implementation of key projects and core concepts within the business domain.
  • Based on the annual business responsibility agreement issued by the General Manager of the business unit, organize the formulation, revision, and implementation of the annual business plan, ensuring the achievement of business performance targets with quality and efficiency.
  • Take full responsibility for cost analysis and control of the responsible business, ensuring steady business growth and continuous performance improvement.
  • Strengthen interaction and cooperation with local plant managers to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Strictly control the budget and profit-and-loss situation of the responsible business.
  • Continuously improve quality management within the responsible business, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Take responsibility for the continuous improvement of key management processes and technologies within the responsible business, enhancing core business competitiveness.
  • Oversee the execution and process supervision of relevant business plans, taking effective measures to resolve issues and developing preventive measures for potential risks.
  • Be responsible for the development and training of the business unit’s team, continuously improving organizational efficiency.

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 10 years of work experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer development, customer relationship management, production operations, or engineering and technical team management.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language.
  • Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes and experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes.

Probation

  • 6 months
