Work Schedule:

4 days of 12-hour shifts, followed by 3 days off

Shift Allowance:

Morning: SGD 6.50/day

Night: SGD 15.50/day

Job Overview

Contribute to smooth production operations by troubleshooting machinery, ensuring quality standards, and supporting operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve machine and process issues.

Provide guidance to technicians and operators to achieve quality and production objectives.

Manage material changes and ensure accuracy.

Maintain and review production control charts and checklists.

Monitor and report on production performance.

Troubleshoot issues to improve final test yields.

Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery.

Support the Line Engineer and assist with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Must have at least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

Familiarity with cleanroom environments is a plus.
