i. Responsible for production and material planning, supervise production materials purchasing

ii. Support BU to manage material and planning function, coordinate production planning and material purchasing to fulfill business development target.

iii. Ensure material available for Production according to the respective schedule.

iv. Responsible for inventory management, including Raw material, WIP, Finished goods, etc.

v. Evaluate and optimize capacity usage to maximum production line usage.

1. Manage team of Storekeepers, Planners and Purchasers

2. Manage Supply Chain of Material flow – planning, scheduling, purchasing, storage & inventory controls

3. Manage Production scheduling to meet customer orders

4. Interface with PLM to plan & meet customer orders

5. Manage store – receiving, issuing, inventory integrity & record keeping

6. Review suppliers’ performances

7. Develop & monitor inventory control indices

8. Conducts Physical Inventory

9. Establish / customize material flow

10. Establish clear and measurable goals by which to determine individual and team results. Drive individuals to continuously improve in key operational metrics.

11. Identify opportunities for cost reduction

12. Develop and encourage strong relationships with suppliers that allow early access to delivery commitment and price advantages.

13. Encourage team working among staff, build up an open, positive and transparent team environment.

Education Level

• Diploma / Degree holder

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Business Management or 5 years working experience for Diploma holders.

2. Minimum with 4 years NPI or relevant experience in the manufacturing industry

3. Able to work with all levels of people with good written in English & communication skills.

4. Independent with initiative, good analytical skill and able to work under minimum supervision.

5. Familiar with SAP or relevant MRP system.

6. Good team player, would like to work in crossing functional team with strong engineering circumstance.
