Job Responsibilities:
· Perform and execute all event planning.
· Liaise with client for their needs and follow through the progress of the planning process of the event.
· Liaise with internal teams for all coordination, and work within the deadline and budget.
· Ensuring all billing are process and submit to accounts in a timely manner accordingly to policy and procedures.
· Assist and with all preparation work of decoration and settings of the Event venue.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma.
· Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
· Self -Starter and able to work independently and be productive.
· Prefer with hospitality experience.
· Strong communication, outgoing and excellent interpersonal and Problem Solving skills.
· Able to multi-tasks and work under pressure.
· Non-Halal working environment
